Until gun owners unite to tie up anti-gun legislation in the courts and stand up with civil disobedience, these attacks on the second amendment will continue. Frankly I feel the best way to transform a liberal is to introduce them to the shooting sports. I’ve two friends who converted their wives by including them in their trips to the range as well as instructing them on how to clean a gun. Cleaning the gun and learning how it functions takes away some of the mystic surrounding guns and attibutes their action to the person holding the gun, not the gun itself.

yep, knowledge is power...i recently took and unloaded pistol [mag out, slide locked] and put it and a framing hammer into the hands of a lady, with the comment 'which is more dangerous???'

i could see the light bulb flickering to the on position...
