They’ve cycled the gear a few times and done flybys. The gear comes down... Hard to say if it is locking or not. Should be attempting a landing soon.
Probably not getting a down-locked light. If that’s the case the landing light on the affected side won’t illuminate.
I wouldn’t foam the runway in that case. The pilot will put the gear down, then blow it with nitrogen to make sure it stays down and the landing “should” be uneventful.
