and last i checked, forgery, fraud, and identity theft were crimes in the United States all punishable by prison terms of multiple years
if he’s so ‘legal’ ... then he’d have no problem OFFICIALLY SUBMITTING his birth certificate and selective service as official documents of eligibility / qualifying papers
right?
Is Obama the President,having all the rights, powers and privileges of that office because he was elected?
Is he not actually the President because he was not constitutionally qualified to be a candidate for that office, his alleged father not having been an American citizen?
The RCC handled this very issue in Medieval Times, asking,"Are the sacraments valid if administered by a false priest ... or a priest who obtained his ordination through deceit?"
The answer then and now: "Well, Yes. And well, No."
