The Saudi Cultural Attaché in Japan has published a book written in Japanese for primary school children in the country to learn about life in Saudi Arabia.
The book, Our Friends in Saudi Arabia, was written with the support and supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, and will give children the opportunity to learn about the Saudi people, culture, customs and traditions, tourist attractions and moral values.
It also discusses the Kingdoms role in spreading the message of Islam

Why is the USA the homosexual capital of the world ? Last time I checked 2 men or 2 women couldn’t marry in Japan either . Both countries have their perverted sides . You attacked an entire culture when it is just a small % of perverts who watch kiddie porn .
In the US they hide in the shadows and hunted, in Japan they are an electoral power that can defeat laws. Seems quite different.
” they are an electoral power that can defeat laws “
You mean like gays in the USA ?
The world needs to tell the Saudis to stick it up their unholy, demon butts.
Americans should run political campaigns against the Saudi royality and watch both parties squirm like the traitors they are.
While this might be true I've developed a healthy suspicion of "for the children" reasons.
I can see how this could blow up utterly in our (US citizen's) faces -- consider the legal ramifications of 'combining' the laws for "child pornography" [which is a felony to possess] with the legal standards for 'children' on insurance... combining these definitions, we would have a system where any 'naughty pictures' of anyone 26 and under would qualify as child porn... and it wouldn't matter if it was a newlywed couple trying to entice each other or something that is perfectly moral.
It is exactly such a situation that I think we are coming to: the government has so many laws that you are likely technically breaking them continually -- and if they can make those felonies, well then, they don't have to worry about you having the right to keep and bear arms -- which is, I believe, how they will implement a defacto gun-control: making whole groups of people felons. (Which the majority will say should be barred from weapons.)
Personally I like Japan; I studied Japanese in college (and sadly forgot most of what I knew), they have interesting culture, and I like [some] anime (some is top-notch sci-fi [Ghost in the Shell, Crest of the Stars & Tenchi spring instantly to mind]).
I think it should be 18 as adulthood, period. Pretty simple.
I've mixed feelings on it; a single standard age for 'adult' would be good -- this necessarily excluding other "magic ages" such as 16 and 21 -- 18 is actually surprisingly high when compared to much of human history. (In any case it would be better than the mess of 'magic ages' we have now.)
Domo for a voice of reason .
Missed in most of these discussions is Saudi Arabia’s attempt to work for “tolerance” of expansionist Islam, their form being the worst, Salafist.
When the European/American West has been destroyed as a world power and turned into Dhimmis, the next clash will be between the Communists of China, united with other Asian people (except their Moslems) against expansionist Islam.
Gonna be one bloody war with few prisoners taken.
If Obama hadn’t been one of them, the West would have had a chance to survive intact despite Europe’s Neville Chamberlain mentality re Islamic penetration and subversion.
Sure is going to be an interesting next couple of decades.
