My first thought too, especially after reading she's got rap sheets in multiple states for similar behavior.

Yeah that's my first thought.
Ostbye was yelling out ‘freedom of speech’ as the police officer told her to stay still, Reyes said.
Apparently her freedom of speech includes the right to attack people at random.
