I visited the BX at the local military base where I worked at for years. The Austin single use bag ban even affected them. Had to take my “reusable” bag into the BX to take out my monthly ration of booze.
The current supervisor of the shop told me that they are putting GPS tracking devices on every vehicle, trailer, generator, etc. Batteries for said device will be over $35,000 per year for Texas alone.

So all that smegma inside, the spilled Diet Cokes, the slopped-over latte’s, the partially-melted Ben & Jerry’s, all ferments at the bottom of their yuppie-totes.
There’s enough bio-weapons being carried around to start the Zombie Outbreak all by themselves.
