I'm not understanding the use of the word "Billion" here.
I am using the word BILLION to illustrate the point that all of the sequestration talk, $85 BILLION, is the amount cut from a MUCH large BILLION number. Using the word TRILLION hasn't seemed to sink in the heads of the Low Information Voters.
Spending for FY 2013 is estimated to be around $3800 BILLION. With a cut of $85 BILLION, that shrinks the estimate to $3725 BILLION. To me, that paints a much different picture than what Obama tries to paint. You may not agree.

If the "Low Information Voter" can't understand that,
$3,800,000,000,000 is a vastly larger number than,
$85,000,000,000
I believe it highly doubtful they will be able to understand that 3800 billion is a vastly larger number than 85 billion.
