Looking at the list of bailout recipients, and don't understand a few things, why was Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley given $10,000,000,000 each?

I click on George Soros bank (http://www.wnd.com/2010/02/126555/) and it says he is in the category that doesn't need to return the money? What does that mean?

CIT was given over $2 billion but they filed for bankruptcy in 2009, how does that work?

Why are there so many little banks I never heard of the recipients of so much money? Interesting that the recipient banks in Ill. (Chicago or headquartered in MO, St. Louis that service Chicago) are relatively frequent considering Chicago, Ill isn't exactly a banking hub.

This is just a snapshot of how our children's future has been pillaged. There is ao much here to look into. You would think that for real journalists in this country, this would be a treasure chest waiting to be investigated. Instead....."crickets"

Another example is Wells Fargo who recieved over $664 Million of unrepaid funds, In 2008, 2009, & 2010 they paid $0 TAXES, despite having reported profits.
