Kagan and Sotomayor are barely qualified to judge a chess tournament. How dare you! HOW DARE YOU, SIR!
Chess is an ancient and noble game. It is subtle and complex. It requires dedication, intelligence, and hard work to become even modestly proficient at the game. The game is never "mastered," even with a lifetime of study.
I have never been so offended. I demand an apology, to me, to all admirers of the game, and to the game itself. 1

...but in this case they look an awful lot like activist judges legislating from the bench. Interesting take by the Dems and their propaganda arm "media" when it is their ox being gored. [sarc on] And here I thought "activist judges legislating from the bench" was the liberal's wet dream. /sarc

These people are best described as "Stalinist War Horses" ~ it's a type found frequently among the second tier Commies in the old USSR, but we have them here as well.
They imagine their strong adherence to such a failed ideology proves that it must still be the thing to do to organize any society ~ and that they are the folks to do it.
They will do anything ~ including murder innocent people ~ to pursue that end.
You can't trust any of them.

They actually complained that a state doesnt have a statewide elected black official. Do you doubt for a second these radical bimbos would install a black governor by affirmative action? Fact is, a black Republican stands a pretty good chance of being elected statewide in Alabama.
But a black Democrat would never win a statewide primary.

"'Alabama has no black statewide elected officials' and has one of the worst records of voting rights violations."Translation:
Alabama is one of the states where we (liberals racists) haven't implemented a workable vote fraud process, yet.

You’re right. That was a horrific insult to chess. I’m sorry.

News reporters at the WSJ are largely liberal; the conservatives reside on the editorial board.

Whew, that report makes the two women sound like a couple of cackling hens.
Cackling hens who can’t stop themselves from rudely interrupting other people.

Milbank is your typical Democrat shill.
I wouldn’t take anything he writes seriously.

When John Roberts legislated from the bench and when Kagen and Sotomayor were confirmed to the court, the court was rendered worthless and political in my opinion.
Their rulings, to me, are irrelevant.
