Unfortunately, as long as we remain in the same state as New York City, we're unlikely to make much headway. If the unSAFE Act isn't repealed, then maybe we should turn our efforts to making upstate our own state. Let NYC ruin itself.
If New York State rid themselves of New York City it would be like finally having a bowel movement after being stopped up for a week. You would feel relief immediately.
