First sentence: Bob Woodward called a senior White House official last week to tell him that in a piece in that weekend’s Washington Post, he was going to question President Barack Obama’s account of how sequestration came about - and got a major-league brushback.

An indication of just how deep so called "journalists" are in Obama's pocket: Now they're calling the White Hut in advance of publishing a story that would be perceived negatively. Did somebody at the WaPo call the Nixon White House in advance of Watergate stories? Did Dan Rather warn GW Bush he was going to release a "fake but accurate" story about the TANG? Did The National Enquirer call Clinton's to warn them?
