Not long ago, I was driving during the daytime on a long lonely stretch of northern Arizona in an area were it’s notoriously difficult to get anything on the AM radio due to the remoteness. Hannity was the only thing on, so I listened. He was interviewing James Carville. Treated him with kid gloves, joking with him and ribbing him like an old friend. No tough questions at all. After the commercial break, a regular caller chimed in with a minor difference of opinion, and Sean laid into him like he was talking to a member of the neo-nazis. I’ve never been a fan of Hannity, but it was at that time I realized he has a real screw loose.

Hannity tries to be a gentleman and promote fairness in his dealings with guests. Unfortunately his leftists guests didn’t get the “good behavior” notice or they destroyed it. Same difference.

If I were Hannity (whom I’ve met), I would ask Ellison one question: “As a Moslem, who would you obey/do as commanded, if your Imam, or Louis Farrakhan, or the Grand Mufti of whatever, commanded you to attack Jews, Christians, or the US in “defense of Islam”?

It would be “faith” over “loyalty to one’s country”. I’d love to hear the answer, and listen how Ellison would worm his way out addressing it directly.
