according to this he voted no on cloture, said he didn’t know how he was going to vote, then voted yes. Hopefully he will explain his vote as he hasn’t been for Hagel.

It’s good you don’t believe Paul voted for Hagel because he didn’t. The story at the top of the thread is WRONG.
