Why not just release a wave of federal employees from our bloated bureaucracy? For example, couldn’t the cuts easily be met by getting rid of the salaries of x-number of employees from the GSA, the Labor Dep’t, the Education Dep’t, the Energy Dep’t, etc? Most of these departments are useless anyhow, and surely they have enough non-essential personnel (is that redundant?) which can be cut to meet cost-cutting goals.

And if they got jobs fracking, they could do something productive for a change.

Once they start seeing taxes come OUT of their paychecks, they might be on our side, too.

How would that punish We the People for our disobedience? He wants more of our wages. If we don't give him what he wants, he will see to it that millions of our fellow citizens suffer. He will punish the American people until they obey him.

Why not cut those who have been on Unemployment longer than a year. Seriously not a job in a YEAR?
