I've been through there, but was going slow as I was searching for something.
Sounds like the County is sorta of the Wyoming of Wyoming.

Sounds like the County is sorta of the Wyoming of Wyoming.
The Wyoming of counties is actually in Texas.
Loving County, Texas, population 82. There are more oil wells than people. A whole bunch more...
The county seat is the thriving metropolis of Mentone, population 19. And, yes, there is a courthouse (2 stories) and a courthouse square.
