"Damn, I don't see no black people lol," 50 Cent tweeted Sunday after arriving at Daytona International Speedway. That was about the last message NASCAR was hoping to have hammered home to 50 Cent's nearly eight million followers. What genius at NASCAR made the decision to hire this animal?
What a waste of money.

Nascar is run by folks who are falling all over themselves to bury all the cultural history of Nascar as deep in the cellar as possible. I’m not surprised they hired an idiot like this. I personally haven’t followed Nascar for over 10 years since it became dominated by mostly GQ sissies. I tuned in to get the finish of today’s race......and it sucked.

A genius who wants to expand NASCAR's fan base. Maybe the tweet didn't help, but NASCAR is trying, as any business which wants to grow should.
As for 50 Cent, he's a multi-millionaire with his own clothing line, his own branded vitamin water, and of course his own music label with multiple recording artists signed to it. He's a self-made man and an American success story who overcame a background of poverty and crime to become a highly successful musician and businessman - and that career was built without a penny from taxpayers. Real conservatives applaud men who use talent and opportunity to create wealth for themselves and create jobs for others.

Probably part of the deal when they got the millions from the government last year.
Show some diversity in your sport and we will give you some tax payer money....or else.

Probably the same guy that got NASCAR to pay Jesse "Shakedown" Jackson a few years ago to recruit black drivers.
