yeah, I could see this as a problem. However, with obamacare, I imagine we won't have any control over our own records anymore.

Goodlatte [Representative R-Va] said his legislation would be unlikely to require private background checks for private gun sales between people.

Unlikely? Not will not, but "unlikely".

Yep. The *unlikely* usually turns into likely. I don’t like the sound of any of it.
