The British Govt always publicly condemns the acts of terrorism against Israel!. Why do you think it dosent?. Frankly, it does it quicker than the US.

This idea the British govt dosent side with Israel is nonsense. Every major and controversial incident involving Israel gets UK support: be it the invasion of 2006. or the justified actions against the ships some time back. The British govt always comes out and supports Israel publicly, many times to critcism from some political quarters at home.

Thats because we are allies: military, intelligence, foreign policy, Iran. Britain and Israel are allies

Why? Because of Jack Straw. Jack Straw constantly condemned Israel's actions with never acknowledging Israel's right to self defense. And he is not the first foreign secretary to be virulently anti-Israel in Britain's history. Even Churchill, who once regarded himself as a Zionist, eventually caved to British foreign policy, which sided with the Arabs in the end. Maybe I should criticize Britain more for being so Arabist. Shall I bring up Lawrence of Arabia, who sided with Islamic extremists to take down the Ottoman Empire?

I still see no evidence of Britain being anything than anti-Israel in all Israel's 20th century history.
