Here's a fact. There are thousands of people openly carrying in America and there's zero evidence that they're being targeted by anyone. If anything visible weapons are more of a deterrent than the unseen weapons. I personally support the choice of all free men to carry openly or concealed with no exceptions.
Rick Ector was robbed in his own Detroit driveway some 30 years ago. Since getting his concealed weapons permit and subsequent legalization of open carry, he hasn't been robbed since.
