Where on earth do you live?? FL or HI??

It was 27 this morning when I got up...

Hub is serious about a garden this year, finally. ‘Cause he’s been doing the shopping... So he’s outside cutting more trees as I type.

I’ve been slack with pinging due to various factors including flu twice (or something that is cleverly disguised as flu) and I just never get everything done...

Avos and figs. I am now drooling. It’s a good thing I can all the fruit I can get my hands on every summer or we’d have hardly any fruit to eat. Drinking home canned (or jarred, actually) juice regularly - apple, green grape, concord grape, plum, peach...mixtures some of them. And tomatoe juice. Hub likes jam, I’m not so into the sweet stuff. Blackberry slurry is popular, less sugar than jam and it has many uses. I add very hot water and it’s a nice drink.
