Soon, Chicago will look just like Detroit. Who would want to own property in Detroit if the value depletes to the point it isn’t worth owning?

The big difference between Chitown and the D is that Chicago still has viberance in the downtown. It became too dangerous for citizens to commute in to and out of Detroit by the 80s..... That has never ben the case in Chicago, all you hear of is the shootings on the news but it isnt happening to “citizens” just the underclass, ie Obama’s people. Detroit became something like a place where urbanites had rights to steal, kill, and rape suburbanites when they were stupid enough to go down town for fireworks or a free concert.....Chicago is really still a jem. The D is a ruin filled with “residents” that are intent on burning down there own homes and stealing anything they can....Just like a few of there ex-mayor.
