Seems like we have two distinctly different versions of events. If it was at a service station, I gotta wonder if there is video. That would clear things up nicely.

it's like that shooting at Walmart where the rentacop managed to kill a shoplifter in the parking lot. That place, like all Walmarts, has videos coming out it's ears ~ yet ~ and I checked again today ~ no Walmart video of what went on is available!

I said earlier that if everything happened the way the shooter said it did the tape will be out on the street quick, and if there's a problem we may never see it!

Still waiting ~ their lawyers may need more time.

This case probably had surveillance on the front door and the pumps where trouble usually happens. The woman pulled off the road and parked some distance from that central area. There can be good reasons why there's no video there.

BTW, I check back on this case from time to time as well, and refresh my memory of what went down. The earliest story tried to portray the hispanic guy as white but he's undoubtedly mestizo. She's American!
