The list in full (English):
1. It is possible to know the intention and the mission of the drone by using the Russianmade sky grabber device to infiltrate the drones waves and the frequencies. The device is available in the market for $2,595 and the one who operates it should be a computer know-how.
2. Using devices that broadcast frequencies or pack of frequencies to disconnect the contacts and confuse the frequencies used to control the drone. The Mujahideen have had successful experiments using the Russian-made Racal.
3. Spreading the reflective pieces of glass on a car or on the roof of the building.

Short of the possibility of jamming a signal I’m not seeing much there that would be all that useful against our modern drone technology.

Q. How much of the target does my front sight cover at a given distance?
A. The answer to this is basically the same as calculating sight adjustments.
S = sight radius in inches (The distance from the rear of the front sight to the rear of the rear sight)
W = width of the front sight blade in inches
D = distance to target IN INCHES
T = target coverage in inches
T = (D * W) / S
As an example, if your front sight is .052” wide and the sight radius is 20” and your target is at 6,000 yards (6000 x 36 = 72000”)
(72,000 * .052) / 20 = About 300 FEET!!
AND DO NOT FORGET THE LEAD TIME!
Hatcher’s tests indicated that on the average, vertically fired rifle bullets reach about 9000 feet in altitude (slowed from their muzzle velocity by air drag and gravity to zero velocity), taking about 20 seconds to reach maximum height. Then, pulled by gravity, and slowed by air drag they take about 40 or so seconds to return. Bullets fired vertically come back base first. Why? Read on!
