You’re probably right. Parents will willingly subject their kids to all sorts of abuse in the public schools today than to stand up for them and do something about it. Everyone wants to be pc.
Of course, there are a few parents who will loudly disagree with the policy and pull their kids out, and there will probably be more parents who decide the education isn’t “quite what they want for their children,” and they’ll either homeschool, send them to private school, or pick up and leave and move to Texas or some other sensible state.
The parents were also desensitized to this crap and it’s just getting worse.
