Folks down there are not so used to Presidential no fly zones.

Plus fewer and fewer pilots call up a briefer before launching - with GPS and on board weather and flying VFR... what's the point?
Ergo, those who do not otherwise pay attention to the world and going about their merry way, are getting the surprise of their life when an F-16 sidles up alongside... Oops!

Plus, between Barky’s endless campaigning and vacations, NOTAMs have become as frequent as junk mail. Maybe these pilots just said, “screw it”.

Fl37, my home is just a little west of the place obozo was staying. Other than the sound of the f16’s it was a very quiet weekend.
Where as we would usually have 15 or 20 flights each weekend day we had one.
A twin leaving and I’m sure he filed an IRF and opened it prior to getting airbourne. Then left going out of runway 27 and stayed going that way.
