Duh!!! This is what has happened to the other 5-10 eligibility lawsuits that have reached the SCOTUS. They are not going to touch this issue with a 10 foot pole.
It doesn't help that there isn't a single competent conservative attorney or reputable conservative legal foundation in the United States who has embraced the birther crusade.
