Not bad. It’s up to 20° this afternoon so far, and the cardinals and squirrels are outside eating (and in the case of the squirrels, burying in the snow) the corn we put out yesterday for the deer, LOL!

We got about three inches of snow overnight, and that’s not all that tragic. Bryan plowed the driveway because tamping down the snow with our snow-tire clad cars and truck makes it very slick and dangerous to walk on.

The watery sunshine and the latent heat in the concrete does the rest of the job, and we’re good to go.

How is it there today?

LOL! Just got back in from putting another suet feeder out.

The suet feeder already out there is squirrel proof and as I was posting to you earlier I saw a flicker trying to reach it vain.

So I walked out in sockless sneakers and discovered the snow is deeper than I thought. I sit here with wet feet, ready to put some socks between my feet and the wet sneaker.

Got about 6 or 7 new inches. It’s light snow and is blowing. I think it has stopped.
