not surprising at all. Worst part of this, is that these phones are typically re-sold on the black market, as throw away phones. My daughter encountered a student at her University who had a bag of these phones she was reselling, as no one in her family needed the free phones, they all had nice cell phones.

By any chance, did someone have their cellphone camera handy so that some video of this occurrence can be viewed?
