I am a law abiding citizen today but CO lawmakers may make me a criminal tomorrow. I will not lift a finger to change that status if they do. In fact I will buy more of those unlawful toys I have been wanting for a long time before their laws are put into effect.

If I wanted to obey their new, proposed laws, I could not, without a lot of time and effort (which I do not have).

I do not know how long it would take to locate the things they are wanting me to find and surrender.

And this is not due to deliberate obfuscation; it is only due to a messy garage (I think the garage — may be a storage shed — or ... well, they are in a ‘safe place’).

Ayn Rand wrote about this in her book, Atlas Shrugged. The government made all Americans criminals with the laws they legislated!
