Missouri Democrats are pushing a bill to confiscate guns giving gun owners 90 days to turn in their weapons. Minnesota Democrats are pushing the same bill.
Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals this week. Gun owners will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed. Dana Loesch has more details.
Here is the language:
4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:
(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

Missouri has huge GOP majorities in both houses.
I’m in MN. This will not turn out like they think.
Sounds like a conspiracy between agencies of government to deny someone their rights.

And it shows the Communist Party of America, known as the Democrat Party, is in full co-ordination across state lines to push this anti-gun and anti-2nd Amendment.

So with 80/20 split on approval polls for gun control, the democrats are committing electoral suicide. Seems pretty stupid. Make them famous folks! Spread their names far and wide...they will never get re-elected again.

Of course it is. Their objective is nationwide gun confiscation from all ordinary citizens. They are organized, coordinated, and determined. They are also arrogant and overconfident and this can be used against them. Get politicians on the record supporting this, they can be subsequently defeated. Some states will pass this nonetheless (New York already has). They will all be challenged in court and the more challenges, the more chances of a judicial smackdown.
The fight will be nasty and it will be long, but it can be won, just don't give an inch.

Missouri Citizens give state legislative communist agenda democrats 90 days, starting TOMORROW, to get their sorry anti-American butts out of Missouri?
For real, just crank up the list if azzholes that are pushing this, buy airtime on local radio stations and just start reading the list.

Advise them it is just a friendly suggestion that they are no longer welcome in the state and perhaps they can immigrate to oh... North Korea or some other suitable local that fits their politics.

We have to put a stop to it and soon because the
socialists NEVER STOP until someone MAKES THEM.
Each victory reinforces their premise that they
are right and it’s used as a stepping stone to
further efforts to subvert the people.
In the 20s and early 30’s they ran roughshod over the
peasants, that wouldn’t work here so they change their
approach but it’s still the same tactics, to control
the masses by getting them to think they still are free.
We won’t see oppression, heavy oppression for a while
yet, but make no mistake, every socialist victory brings
it that much closer.
Our armed polit is the only thing standing between us
and the harsh hand of benevolent tyranny.

Don’t the dems have a super-majority? Minnesota seems to go further left each year. They turned down voter ID, protecting marriage, and it wouldn’t surprise me if everyone outside of Sherburne, Carver, and Wright just handed their guns over (in the public interest, of course).
