As another FReeper posted a day or so ago, he was probably sleeping like a baby getting rested up for his campaign trip to Las Vegas the next day.

He's only concerned with how much fun he can have, with no interest in doing the work he's supposed to do. Besides, if he actually does something, he could be blamed for the outcome. Far easier to just sleep in.
