By any evidentiary standard, that's hearsay.
So you are OK with the police hunting people without trial? (one look at that pickup, assuming for a moment the police did that, indicates they were primed to kill, and nothing else.)
If ordinary citizens do that, they are decried as a "lynch mob", but for police, who are supposed to uphold the law, there is a different standard?
What happened to "..nor deprive anyone of life, liberty, or property without due process of law...?

His training officer basically writes this guy up, and was quite outspoken about his temperament and wrote that he lacked judgment and common sense in the field. Guess what happens next?
This guy files allegations his training officer used excessive force...And he waited *days* to report these allegations, after being critiqued and "written up" by the training officer.
The reason he was fired he found out that his training officer had written him up for his poor performance, he decided to retaliate, making up a story about her kicking a suspect in the chest and reporting her.
