I’ve been pondering this for a while. How about a bunch of Americans head down to mexico, illegaly of course, and just start wreaking havoc. I’m talking about declaring open season on the drug cartels and corrupt mexican government, plundering and pillaging for fun and profit, with enough firepower to take over the country in an afternoon. I’m talking about wholesale insurrection, and removing the spanish-fascist regime that currently owns the country. Of course the mexicans would have learn english, but that would be a small price to pay for their freedom. Of course the employers in the north wouldn’t like this, but when you have a new country to develop, who cares what they think. Oh, and if the Americans won’t build a fence then the mexicans should to keep their socialist neighbors out.

I was about to say all you’d be doing is pushing the problem further southward. It wouldn’t be the Mexicans’ job to build the fence, either, because the whole point is that we’d be conquering Mexico. We wouldn’t build a wall down there for the same reason we won’t build a wall now, aside from the fact that the border would be shorter.

Surely there’s be lots to develop. But why would the feds suddenly accommodate economic growth? Why would environuts ease up? All we’d be doing is adding millions of passengers ont the Welfare State gravy train.

One hundred and fifty years ago we had an army in Mexico City. If we had stayed Mexico would be part of the United States. History has consequences.
