And BTW Pennsylvania Law limited its Child Abuse Hotline to the Department of Public Welfare to only those having custodial care of a child: parents, teachers, physicians, psychologists, the people at 2nd Mile Charity.

That law excluded officials at PSU from that hotline because they were not so charged. The child was not under their care.

But given the fact that members of the board and the director of the 2nd Mile Charity were notified of Sandusky's shower incident, and they were in charge of the care of that child, it was incumbent upon the 2nd Mile people to call the Hotline and involve DPW. But they didn't, and Freeh in his normal cover-up fashion just whitewashes over all of this.

Wow, Pennsylvania has some messed up backwards law according to you. And one can only report child abuse through a “Hotline”? I guess if you are a simpleton who cares more about football than the welfare of children you see for over ten years in the company of a known pedophile.

Can you cite the relevant laws, your are up to at least two now?
