‘What section of the law did not allow Paterno to report this to the actual Police rather than the guy nominally in charge of the campus police?’
That is exactly how the law read.
But please, continue your rant, you are on a roll.
Cite the language of the law then. So far a big FAIL on backing up your extraordinarily stupid claim that Peterno die the maximum allowed by law.
The current governor of Pa made a statement to that fact.
You have Google, so you can look it up.
Or, you can continue to malign a dead man.
There are no FACTS showing that Paterno did what you say he did. Only hearsay and one man’s personal conclusions.
So the fail is on you, my man.
More and more it seems it deserves the name of Pedo State.
And you are still a big FAIL in citing the relevant law.
Ditto.
Interesting. Please cite your source for the two “PSU Police” reports, one of which was apparently concealed. I’m not criticizing you, I’m genuinely interested in this allegation.
Whip
Chambers' May 7, 1998 profile was first and pegged a pedophile's grooming behavior; on May 8, 1998, Centre County Child and Youth Services (CYS) assigned psychologist John Seasock to diagnose Sandusky after the PSU shower incident. Seasock concluded Sanduskys behavior did not match that of a pedophiles.
Chambers found 'grooming' behavior amd Seasock did not.
Seasock was never told that Sandusky had admitted to showering with boys in the taped telephone calls with the boy's mother. Reportedly, Seasock was never told that Sandusky had kissed the boy and told him he loved him, either.
Chambers gave her report to PSU officer Ronald Scheffler, so PSU was put on notice that a psychologist thought Sandusky was demonstrating pedophile behavior in 1998. PSU police never gave it to CYS.
That's just one link; as I said, just Google 'Alycia Chambers John Seasock'. Add 'Jerry Lauro' to the search if you want only the articles with CYS saying it wouldn't have closed the 1998 case if PSU had passed along the Chambers report.
