That's what I have always believed, too. Since we now have a government that lies to us with even greater impunity than it has shown in the past, how can anyone believe otherwise?
A "living" Bin Laden served the interests of neocons, the Saudi royal family, and Pakistan's ISI, probably confused the hell out of Al Qaeda fighters who were never sure what stories or orders to believe, and kept the US military from coming to think that their long assignments in the Middle East were in vain. A win for all the players except those few of us left who desire honest government.
The Obama administration had to have known that the quick burial at sea was going to create speculation, conspiracy theories and disbelief. There was absolutely no reason to handle it the way they did, unless...........
