My daughter is a Sheriff deputy in Nacogdoches and dealt with this scum for a couple of weeks. She arrested them daily for trespass and some for assault. They travel all over to do this. They defecated on site and sometimes threw it. Trash was everywhere. Then they complained the pipeline hurt the trees. In Ok. it seems to hurt the Indians. In Kansas, I'm sure it will be the crops. I don't know how much it cost to have 4-5 deputies out there ever day, but she even made overtime. Why they aren't liable for the costs,I don't know. They should arrest them for a week or so to keep them occupied.

In Ok. it seems to hurt the Indians.Funny thing here in Osage County, OK.....the Osage Tribe runs roughshod over all land owners here...and have standards below EPA standards.
Local land owners ( SURFACE ONLY) have near zero redress....and the Osage Tribe basically appears to not care about the land that they once owned...but about $$$$$$$$.
