I think If I remember right- Bush has an iq of 136 or soemthign like that- not incredibly smart, but still genius- (Clinton I think had a high iq- and most presidents are i nthe genius category-

But let’s remember, Bush partied at harvard, was known as a party boy, and still managed to pull off a C average in one of the hardest schools in America at that time-

Exactly. I knew a guy in high school that was a total party animal. Missed an entire quarter due to several issues. Took the quarterly cold and scored in the 90s.

He didn’t pull that off being s total dummy. And neither did Bush.
