I haven’t kept up with this story, but I heard they found weapons in his torched pickup. Why would he do that?
If he’s been planning this for any period of time, he could have caches buried all over So Cal. He may be changing weapons and calibers along the way.
He didn’t expect to break an axle. Took what weapons he could, torched the rest with the disabled truck. Guns n ammo is heavy stuff.
