It would be therapeutic for you to ignore all non-mormon information as the church commands. Otherwise, "You should seek something with professional help and possibly a prescription" if you can't take hearing about real-life mormons.

If this is too simply horrific to imagine, ya know, I actually agree. (So please agree with me that Brigham Young taught a horrific doctrine -- and should be labeled a "false prophet" for doing so!)
