I know hillary is capable of anything. But if I had to guess she seemed gun shy of having anything pinned on her at all since Benghazi happened.She was all but hiding,flying anywhere to get out of the country, hitting her head, etc., etc., testifying the very last day.I doubt she was out front on anything. But her subordinates who knows.
