This was not a “mistaken shooting”, it was an intentional attempt to murder the occupants of the truck without an actual knowledge of the identity of those occupants. A clear case of attempted murder.
It was written by the same folks who call "magazines" "clips, and any black rifle an "assault weapon". Wonder what they'd think of my last CHL instructor's "purple" AR, Semiauto shotgun and Glock? She does right well with 'em at three gun matches, and teaches a pot full of women how to shoot, (over and above the CHL classes)
