Turbo, your post cuts no ice with me. Are you unaware of the fact that for 400 years black men (and both black and white women) were denied the vote?

So, as night follows day, it stands to reason that a black man today must be allowed a sufficient number of votes to even up the score, factoring in a reasonable population growth number. The women (black and white) must also be allowed to catch up.

Our government realizes this, and does not nit-pick in enforcing election law codes. If a Philadelphia or Baltimore precinct turns out 104% of the registration, what exactly is your beef? The ancestors of these dudes were like oppressed for like many eons, dude.

Now a dude such as yourself would probably, I am guessing, tend to cast a jaundiced eye over the registration of the dead. Am I right? Have you no dead relatives? Don't you have a pretty good guess on how THEY would vote? Why would you deny the Democrat Party the right to express their wishes?
