I'm going with the obvious - the Feds are planning on shooting a lot of American citizens.

Plan accordingly.

Bear in mind however that there are over 30 civilian agencies with armed security forces (Really? The National Weather Service?). Many of these agencies are working at cross-purposes and one should not assume unified direction or even competent management.

A lot of material is going to go missing as it stacks up unattended in supply depots. When it starts turning up in the hands of NBBP or La Raza affiliates, it seems possible that we will see Federal agencies firing on each other.

There are an unofficially estimated 220,000 armed Federal agents in civilian agencies as of 2012. That might be enough to control a hostile population of about 20 million people, assuming unified command and regular paychecks to the security forces.

The Federal agencies do not have unified command and will tear themselves to shreds with internal security probes if even one staffer goes rogue. The growing firestorm inside the LAPD over Christopher Dorner should provide a perfect demonstration.

State and Metropolitan police forces may not see regular paychecks either. Budget cutbacks and actual layoffs of sworn officers are increasing. A small percentage of the discarded people will be very hostile to the Government-in-place. They will have training and experience to cause a lot of damage if they turn.

The "Feds" at certain incompetent political levels may indeed be planning to shoot a lot of American citizens. Bill Ayers (who started Obama's political career) opined that a fundamental transformation of America to a socialist state might require killing 25 million Americans. He seemed pleased at the idea.

The elites backing Obama are definitely planning a fundamental transformation of this country and are quite open about it now.

But big plans often go awry.
