Then you need to check and see if there is anything abnormal about what cal and how much the military is buying to see if it is to affect the supply.

If there is a record of all different cal from all different mfg. being bought, then I would agree it’s to affect supply. Right now I just don’t see any evidence it’s to affect the supply.

I also don’t buy the “PRACTICE AMMO” BS because the ammo is premium ammo. If they have switched to 5 year contracts instead of one year to save money, why would they use the expensive premium ammo to train some Fed LE recruit how to shoot.

If the idea is to save money then you would use cheaper ammo for practice.

They intend to use the ammo, the question is for what. They are pushing peoples buttons for a reason.

Yep...Hollow point is not training ammo.
