I don’t see him leaving the LA area at all. He’s got more work to do, and a list to follow. And he’s had about 5 years to plan all of this. My guess is he has safe houses stocked with food, money stashed, and is planning on picking off LAPD and/or family members. Then he might split. Or he could reverse the process, lay low for a while, and then start up again with his vendetta. He’s a man on a mission, vengeance.....
I agree he’s letting fear work on the intended targets and giving themtime to get complacent..I think he is not leaving the area but waiting to move back in.
