If the Supreme Court does not rule 0bama's Death Panels UNCONSTITUTIONAL then the Country is definitely lost. Are we not guaranteed LIFE, LIBERTY and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS?

Are we not guaranteed LIFE, LIBERTY and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS? No, we are not. That's from the Declaration not the Constitution. It is the belief that by coming into existence, we are endowed intrinsically with those rights, or abilities to be self-generating and self-supportive to pursue the things that give our lives meaning without coercion. Also, it does not mean that health-care must be provided to prolong your existence. Just like it does not mean that the government should give you free money, food, cheap utilities, rent money, etc. It only means you have the ability to go earn it yourself.
