I got bored quickly reading the manifesto, in part because the redacted names made it difficult to understand the specifics of his complaints.

But I did gather that this guy is targetting LAPD and feels quite justified in doing so. He claims racial discrimination on the job and perjury on the part of other officers in denying his claims of officers abusing suspects.

Dorner may be human scum, but that doesn't make the LAPD into Boy Scouts.

The manifesto at my link (at the top of this thread) does not have the names redacted. You must have been reading a version linked by other posters on this thread or other threads.
