After a public backlash, former presidential candidate Ron Paul used his Facebook page to clarify controversial comments he made Monday about the Navy SEAL who was killed at a Texas gun range over the weekend. Paul wrote: Chris Kyles death seems to confirm that he who lives by the sword dies by the sword. Paul backtracked some and offered a clarification on his Facebook page. He wrote: "As a veteran, I certainly recognize that this weekend's violence and killing of Chris Kyle were a tragic and sad event. My condolences and prayers go out to Mr. Kyles family. Unconstitutional and unnecessary wars have endless unintended consequences. A policy of non-violence, as Christ preached, would have prevented this and similar tragedies. -REP"

Ron Paul can say some really smart things from time to time.
Sometimes he is just a stupid jackass.
For this reason, Ron Paul has reached his apex.
The Patriot Guard Riders formed to protect families from the kooks at Westboro Baptist Church.
The PGR will be at Cowboy Stadium next Monday to protect the family and friends of Chris Kyle.
Just shut up and go away Ron. Go Google yourself...

Ron who???
Thank you PGR. I joined the PGR last year. I’ve only been able to attend a little more than a couple dozen missions (most have been on work days). It is a privilege to stand up for those who sacrificed all, and a pleasure to welcome home those who return from deployment.
“Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.<<<<<<
When WronG paul says that about the murderous muslim hoards I’ll listen to what he has to say.. Until then, he needs to put down the surrender monkey leftist interpitation of the scriptures and keep his mouth shut..
The Bible is all about CONTEXT. That was no blanket statement against war/self defense. It had everything to do with the path that Jesus had to take at that time, and a warning to his disciple that his path, as well, would be one of sacrifice.
I say “THANK GOD FOR RON PAUL!”
(there are several influential nuts I would not have recognized were it not for their support of him!)
Living by the sword is vastly different from serving your country honorably.
Billy the Kid lived by the sword, and died by it. He used force in an unjust manner to impose his will on others. Kyle on the other hand, laid down the sword when he took off the uniform. He was just trying to be a good husband and father, and help those who went through what he did. I doubt Jesus is on the same side of this issue as Ru Paul...
someone please flush..........
Beneath contempt.
Ron Paul’s comments covered the speaker in a layer of sh*t the stink of which no amount of perfume will eliminate.
I’m pinging myself so that I can access the video after work. My work server blocks youtube.
