How about we start holding both MEN and WOMEN responsible for a pregnancy. It is only MEN and WOMEN who can make a baby. Just because society has decided you are a child until you are 26 years old doesn’t make it true! I chose 26 because of Obama’s decision to make insurance companies cover “the children” until they are 26. And if you, the two of you, choose to abort, then how about the only way you get to abort is you both get fixed permanently so we don’t have to revisit this subject at some future date? If the baby daddies had to face being made sterile as well as the baby mommies I think we’d have a lot less “unwanted” pregnancies and practically zero abortions. Oh, and yes, if they choose to have the baby they have to get married too! I don’t care if they hate one another, why should they skip away scot free?
I'm old, I'm tired and I'm fed up with this crap!

( I still get a thrill up my leg when spell check doesn't recognize the name/word Obama!)

The only problem with the logic is that only the women can get pregnant. You don’t want to make men responsible for avoiding pregnancy because they can’t get pregnant. Women have to be the first and primary party responsible for avoiding pregnancy because they have 100% of the risk.
A friend was teaching Sex Ed to teen moms. She was showing them how to deploy a condom when a girl asked “What if he won’t wear it?”. My friend said “Say no to sex with him”. The girl responded “If I could say No, I wouldn’t be here”.

“How about we start holding both MEN and WOMEN responsible for a pregnancy.”
I have said this all along. Only to be old that women are the “gatekeepers”. I firmly believe men could keep their pants zipped up as well.
